We display the information, pricing & availability of the of the service & it has tie-up with travel partner & corporate partner to provide theService. Oyeorissa.com suggest to you to book your e - Ticket or accommodations as per your comfortable with the service provider‘s service being provided through us. 

By using oyeorissa.com or Travenues Tech is must that you should have agree with the Terms of use (Agreement) between you (Visitor, Customers, Members) and oyeorissa.com or Travenues Tech. If you are not agree with it, please leave our website and stop using our service immediately.

If you pay partial payment online then the Remain amount or unpaid amount to be paid at the check-in point of the service to the service provider’s employee is must. You should have to pay the Amount in cash in hand only.  

 Refund is payable of transactions deducted amount in case of once the service confirmed and If not confirmed then arranges alternative similar service from other service provider or travel partner for your journey or accommodations only on your acceptance of the alternative service through Travenues Tech or Oyeorissa.com. In case you want to cancel the service or booking then the cancellation Policy apply for Refund accordingly the Cancellation Policy set forth in the website though the service providers.

The mentioned arrival & departure timing are the departure and arrival time of the Buses through the travel partners is the arrival & departure timings. Buses may delay or may be change in boarding point info or may be the buses cancelled for any unavoidable reasons. So passengers are requested to call the travel partner’s or corporate partner’s Phone or Mobile Number which is on the printed e - Ticket.

• E - Ticket is non transferable
• Change of seat in the buses due to help of women or child by the service provider.
• Price includes only Car Rental; it don’t include any Guide Rope way or Boating charges or any entrance fees to the Location as implemented.
• Child above 5 year a e - Ticket is required.
• Price inclusions of parking & group guide & Toll Tax in sight seeing car or bus e - Ticket only.   
• Note : Non Hindus are not allowed to Hindu temple.
• Services are subject to availability, when it hit a large numbers of pilgrim to Lord Jagannath Dham,  Puri, Orissa, India.

Oyeorissa.com not liable for:

• Delay in arrival or departure as per mentioned timings of buses, service provider’s employee manner is not adjustable to you; stolen or damage of your goods, any incidents or events.
• Suddenly change in boarding point info or pick up place due to any reasons.
• The defined locations are regular locations of sights seeing, due to any unavoidable reason some of the locations may be cancelled or postpone, where the price of service will be remain same.
• Change of Bus seat due to help of women or child. Bus delay, arrival & departure time of Buses as per mentioned arrival, departure or allotted time.  
• Functionality of electronic goods what are described by our service provider the service such as Air condition, Video or any electronic devices functions.

e - Ticket Solutions, Promotional Codes:

In Order to get refund cash back of offers or coupons or e - Ticket ID, the customer has to pay the transactions deducted different Amount or will be transfer to Customer’s bank account or pay out will be through cheque, please don’t forget to write the  detail to billing@oyeorissa.com within 30 days of service. Customers, Members are requested to review the offers and validations period of Promotional Codes to avoid Fraud & Risk Identification System & Knowledge Base.

Legal & Disputes:

If any disputes about or involved with oyeorissa.com; you are agreed that all legal disputes will be settled under the laws of Indian Court in India. In case such  the disputes can not be resolved within 30 days. Then the disputes to be arbitrate in accordance of provisions. The place of arbitration shall be held in Puri jurisdiction in Orissa, India. The decisions of court will be final on the parties.

Rent A Bus / Sight Seen Bus E - Ticket/ Sight Seeing Car Cancellations Policy :

• Cancellations made after conformations of service will cost you 15% of on total amount prior up to one week. And one week to 48 Hour is 20% is charged on total amount.
• Cancellations made prior to 48-24 Hour of service to be provide will cost you 50% on total amount.
• Cancellations made prior to 24 Hours of Service to be provide will cost you 100% on total amount.
